Go Tropic Tours provides tourism services, airport transfers, private transportation, excursions, tours, and other travel-related experiences in the Dominican Republic.

No Physical Shipping

Our services are not physical products and therefore do not require shipping or delivery by courier. We do not ship merchandise, packages, or physical products to customers.

Booking Confirmation

Once your reservation and payment have been successfully processed, you will receive a booking confirmation by email or WhatsApp with the details of your service.

Depending on the service booked, your confirmation may include:

- Customer name
- Date and time of service
- Number of passengers
- Airport or hotel information
- Flight details, when applicable
- Pickup location and instructions
- Destination
- Service details
- Customer service contact information

Service Delivery

Your purchased service will be provided on the date and at the time indicated in your booking confirmation.

For airport transfers, our driver or transportation team will meet you at the designated airport meeting point and transport you to your confirmed destination.

For excursions and tours, the service will be provided according to the itinerary and details included in your reservation.

Flight Delays

For airport arrival transfers, we monitor flight information whenever flight details are provided at the time of booking. If your flight is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible if there are any changes to your travel plans.

Changes to Reservations

Any changes to the date, time, passenger count, pickup location, flight information, or other booking details must be communicated to Go Tropic Tours as soon as possible and are subject to availability.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation, including their name, contact information, hotel, airport, flight number, date, time, and number of passengers.

Go Tropic Tours is not responsible for delays or inability to provide a service resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

No Shipping Fees

Since our services are delivered electronically and in person at the destination, there are no shipping, handling, or delivery fees associated with our tourism services.
